When I was a kid growing up in Atlanta the Southeastern Fair was a big deal and defined that the fall of the year had arrived. My cousins the dairy farmers showed their prize cows there and we always went. It was a lot of fun seeing all the smelly livestock, the exhibits and the big exciting rides that I was scared of and only rode if I was double dogged dared. Now a fair is something I can take or leave, mostly leave. But now the fun has returned once again as it did for a brief time about twenty years ago. Because nothing is better than seeing a fair through the eyes of a child, your child or you child’s child “The Grandchildren”.
So in all fairness I will show you the fair as only a child can see it……………….
